As an All Smiles Aboard Conductor, you’ll spend your shifts cruising through the mall, waving to families, and making kids’ days — all while getting paid. What You’ll Do

🚂 Drive and operate the train, following designated routes within the mall.

👋 Greet passengers and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

🛡️ Ensure the safety of passengers while on board the train.

💵 Collect fares and provide accurate change.

🧼 Follow company policies to keep the train clean and well maintained.

🧢 Dress in the provided costume of overalls and a conductor’s hat.

😄 Engage with passengers — especially children — in a fun, interactive way.

📣 Communicate with mall management and the company supervisor as needed.

What We’re Looking For

✓ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
✓ Must be at least 18 years of age.
✓ Have and be able to use a smartphone.
✓ Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
✓ Reliable transportation to and from the mall location.
✓ Able to operate a trackless train safely and follow designated routes (training provided — no experience required!).
✓ Excellent customer service skills.
✓ Able to interact positively with children and adults in a friendly, engaging manner.
✓ Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
✓ Available 1–3 shifts per week, 5–20 hours on average.
