Ride Safety

Safety is our number one priority. Please read these tips thoroughly and review them with your child(ren) before riding. Always follow all height/age restrictions and the verbal instructions of our ride operators, and emphasize to young riders how important these rules are. 😊

General Train Ride Safety Rules

• ✓ Read all rules thoroughly and follow every height/age restriction and verbal instruction from ride operators. Read and explain all posted rules to your child(ren) before letting them ride, and emphasize how important it is to follow them.
• ✓ Keep all body parts — head, hands, arms, legs, long hair, etc. — inside the ride at all times. Do not rock the train.
• ✓ Remain in the ride until it comes to a full and complete stop at the unloading point. If the ride stops temporarily — due to a mechanical issue or any other reason — stay seated and wait for it to start again, or for an operator to give further instructions.
• ✓ Pay attention while boarding and de-boarding. Wait for the operator to instruct you to board or de-board, and ask the operator if you need additional assistance.
• ✓ Riders of extreme size (height or weight) should pay close attention to all posted signs. If you have difficulty sitting in any seat properly, please do not ride. The maximum weight limit per car is 450 pounds.
• ✓ Riders must be at least 6 years old and able to follow conductor instructions. We ask that younger riders sit in the first cart only.
• ✓ No food or drink on board.
• ✓ Please stay seated at all times.

⚠️ Ride Responsibly

Participate responsibly — you should be in good health to ride safely. You know your own physical conditions and limitations. If you suspect your health could be at risk for any reason, or that riding could aggravate a pre-existing condition of any kind, DO NOT RIDE. Riders, parents, and guardians assume all risk.
