How do I use my pass?

Just visit the depot and let your conductor know you have a pass! They’ll check you in and you’re ready to ride — no paper ticket to keep track of. 😊

Who can ride on the Family Pass?

The Family Locomotive Pass covers up to 6 immediate family members, registered as the named riders on the account. It can’t be shared with friends or transferred to others, and the conductor will confirm the riders at check-in.

How long does the pass last, and how do I cancel?

The pass is good for 30 days and automatically renews each month so the fun never stops. You can cancel anytime — your pass will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.

Can we ride at any location?

Absolutely! Your pass is valid at every All Smiles Aboard location across Ohio and West Virginia. Ride near home, then take it along wherever your travels go!

How do unlimited rides work?

Ride as many times as you’d like, all month long! After each ride, riders simply exit the train and hop back in line for their next turn. Passes are valid during normal operating hours, and all standard ride conditions apply.

What if I need to update my riders?

No problem! Just email us your change request and we’ll take care of it — please allow up to 2 business days for the update to take effect.
