Our comprehensive Employee Handbook is now available for download! This valuable resource contains important information about our company policies, procedures, and the benefits available to you as a valued member of our team. We strongly encourage you to download and familiarize yourself with its contents. The handbook can be downloaded using the link below. If you have any questions after reviewing the handbook, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your manager.

Train Manual
As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure that you are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools needed for your role, we are making the Train Operations Manual available for download. This manual is an invaluable resource for understanding the detailed functioning, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures of the train you will be operating.

We strongly encourage you to download and thoroughly review the manual to familiarize yourself with all aspects of train operations. This will not only enhance your ability to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests but will also empower you with the confidence and expertise required in your daily responsibilities.

New hire paperwork
You should receive a text or email that will link to ADP. From that link you will be able to complete your new hire paperwork. The following are the forms you will be completing. You have the option of printing out the forms, completing them and returning them to your manager.

  1. Download the Forms: Access and download the new hire paperwork provided in the section below. This packet includes essential forms such as the Employee Information Form, Tax Withholding Forms, and other relevant documents.
  2. Complete the Paperwork: Fill out each form with accurate and up-to-date information. If you encounter any questions or need clarification while completing the forms, please do not hesitate to reach out to your manager for assistance.
  3. Email to Your Manager: Once all forms are completed, kindly scan or digitally prepare them and send them via email to your manager. Ensure that the documents are legible and all necessary fields are filled out correctly.

We appreciate your prompt attention to completing and submitting these forms. This step is crucial in facilitating your seamless integration into our team. Once your paperwork is processed, we will proceed with the next steps in your onboarding journey.
